Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a respected professional organisation in their search for a confident and capable HR Adviser. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be part of a collaborative HR team, helping to shape and deliver people-focused initiatives across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding activity
- Contributing to employee engagement and development programmes
- Advising on day-to-day HR queries and supporting line managers
- Getting involved in projects across wellbeing, inclusion, and culture
- Helping to improve internal HR processes and systems
- Occasionally travelling between offices to support business needs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a busy, multi-site environment
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- A confident communicator with a collaborative and adaptable approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting people
