Iconic Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a values-driven, regulated environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising and coaching managers across a range of HR matters including employee relations, absence management, and recruitment
- Leading on casework including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and improving candidate experience
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Delivering training and helping build management capability
What we're looking for:
- Proven HR experience in a regulated setting
- Confident communicator with strong coaching and influencing skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively with managers
- CIPD part-qualified (or equivalent) with solid knowledge of employment legislation
