What You’ll Be Doing

Managing complex ER cases (up to 20 at peak) from start to finish.

Coaching and upskilling line managers to handle people matters confidently.

Leading proactive initiatives such as absence management, training, and engagement.

Working across diverse teams:

Supporting multi-site stakeholders– no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

Experience handling ER cases
-
Ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

CIPD Level 5 or working towards (desirable)

Flexibility to travel
