People Advisor- 6-month FTC

Iconic Resourcing HR are looking for a dynamic People Advisor who is passionate, can roll their sleeves up and work collaboratively as part of the wider people team.
The People Advisor will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations issues including disciplinary and performance management as well as contributing to the delivery of key people projects. Alongside this, you will support with colleague engagement, inductions and training, and other people projects.
We are looking to speak to experienced HR professionals who have strong generalist experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards. You will also have a strong work ethic and a passion to learn and develop – all of which this role can offer!
Due to the nature of this role, candidates will need to possess a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle as some travel will be involved.
