Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a well-regarded, award-winning legal firm who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join them either at their Edinburgh or Glasgow office with a ‘you choose’ policy in terms of office/home working.
Reporting to the Lead HRBP, this role will provide day to day support to the wider HR Business Partnering team and will include delivering exceptional HR support for all employees, support with the annual moderation, performance and salary review process and assist with annual, ad hoc projects as required e.g., employee engagement survey.
You will also provide support on employee relations matters to the ER Manager, manage the request process for flexible working, maternity/shared parental leave and managing individual cases. You will also carry out exit interviews and highlight issues and trends and support with delivering the new joiner induction. As well as this, you will ensure a high quality of HR Administration support through the shared services centre.
We are looking for applications from candidates with strong HR Advisory and/or Business Partnering experience, ideally gained within a legal/professional services environment. You will have the knowledge and ability to provide sound HR advice to the business, sound analytical and numerical skills as well as be focused on providing a high-quality service which benefits the business.
