We’re on the lookout for a seasoned HR Advisor to join a vibrant, purpose-led company for a 6‑month fixed-term contract (with strong potential for extension).
About the opportunity:
Join a fast-growing EMEA team and deliver across the full HR spectrum - from employee relations, performance, compliance, and onboarding, to policy support and HR operations. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, values-driven environment, supporting diverse stakeholders and helping shape culture across the region.
The person we’re looking for:

At least 4+ years’ experience in generalist HR, ideally with some exposure across EMEA or international contexts.

A proven track record in employee relations and advisory capacity.

Confident, proactive, and genuinely people-focused — able to build relationships and act with empathy and pragmatism.

Ready to hit the ground running, with minimal notice preferred.
