Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a traditional family run Jewellers in Glasgow who are looking to add an HR Professional with generalist experience to their team who will work alongside the Head of HR. Line managing the HR Assistant and HR Administrator the HR Advisor will provide an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
With a strong focus on HR analysis and reporting you will analyse and compile HR metrics from a variety of internal and sources such as payroll outputs, exit interviews and competitors’ practices. In addition to, analysing data to establish trends and patterns in areas such as recruitment, hiring practices, and turnover. Based on metrics and analysis, you will make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organisational culture including suggestions related to candidate attraction, employee motivation and retention and legal compliance. You will support the Head of HR with all employee relations casework and offer any employment law advise to managers and senior staff.
You will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including facilitating the implementation of new learning and development and recruitment initiatives, overseeing monthly 121 procedures and advising managers on employee relations matters.
We are looking to speak to HR professionals with generalist experience with exposure to the full employee lifecycle and a proven track record in HR analytics and reporting. You will ideally have line management experience as well as being confident building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
