Iconic Resourcing is excited to present an exclusive opportunity for an HR Advisor with a leading client in the construction industry. This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, with the potential for a slight extension.
Expected start date is 16th September 2024
About the Role
Support the board of directors with expert HR guidance and manage key HR functions, from employee relations to recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding.
- Prepare and present HR reports.
- Manage HR processes and risk cases.
What You Need
- CIPD qualified.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Packages
