Our prestigious client is in search of an experienced HR Advisor. This role comes with a generous benefits package including ample annual leave, staff discounts, private healthcare, and comprehensive maternity and paternity packages.
The position is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Role Overview:
This role entails managing employee relations and enhancing employee engagement for a respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters
- Resolving prolonged absences
- Providing counsel across various departments
- Making pivotal decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Operating across multiple sites
- Assisting employees through welfare processes
- Training managers on employee relations issues
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess relevant experience in employee relations, robust communication and influencing skills, and the ability to function both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel and a valid driving licence are required. Additional HR-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
