Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a growing business who are now looking to add an HR Professional with generalist experience to their team who will work alongside the Head of HR. The HR Advisor will provide an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit contributing to the delivery of the HR priorities and People & Culture strategy.
You will be involved in the full employee lifecycle including involvement in grievance, disciplinary, appeal meetings, and assisting with attendance and performance management issues. As well as taking ownership of the processes for maternity, paternity, probation and referencing. You will also take responsibility for the leaver process ensuring all processes are followed and exit interviews are completed.
Further to this, you will support managers with their recruitment needs, advertising and sourcing for roles as well as preparing employment contracts and delivering on-boarding programme. As well as assisting with updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures on the employee intranet.
There will also be the opportunity to get involved in some project work to include benefit and pay review analysis, wellbeing and engagement initiatives and generally assisting with producing statistics, reports and collating data.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have strong Generalist experience with exposure to the full HR employee lifecycle to include ER casework and recruitment. You will have solid employment law knowledge along with strong communication and prioritisation skills. In return, you will get to work with a supportive Head of HR who will be by your side to allow you to grow and develop your skillset but also who will mentor and coach you along the way.
