HR Advisor/Business Partner – Interim

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of the UK’s largest and most recognised distribution brands, who are looking for an HR Advisor/Business Partner to support with an internal transfer of employees, ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
Day to day you will be the main point of contact for managers, employees and other HR team members relation to the site, addressing any employee requests and potential issues. You will be challenged from day one to analyse issues and inefficiencies within the business and will be infatuated by finding new ways to improve results and drive continuous improvement across the sites.
As well as this, you will be responsible for consultations and ensuring all data is prepared for payroll input, moving from weekly to monthly payroll. A great opportunity to get hands-on experience across resource planning, performance management, employee relations and TUPE transfers lifecycles.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have operated at a similar level and who have had exposure to TUPE transfers and who have strong employment law knowledge. An understanding of employee relations, policies and procedures is also required.
You will have a full driving licence and be comfortable with travel across Scotland, covering 6 sites and being visible as the point of contact throughout the transition. There are also offices in Edinburgh where you can work out of on a hybrid basis.
