I'm delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Analytics Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the people analytics agenda, leading the delivery of meaningful insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business.
Working as part of a forward-thinking HR function, you'll combine technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, helping leaders turn complex people data into clear actions and better business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR analytics and reporting function, delivering meaningful insights across the business.
- Own the people MI calendar, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop dashboards, reports and insight packs covering key workforce metrics.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Lead and develop colleagues while driving continuous improvement in analytics and reporting.
About You
- Experience working with HR data, people systems and workforce reporting.
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills with the ability to analyse complex datasets.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insight.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing colleagues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
