HR Assistant /PA - 12-month FTC

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a Glasgow based legal firm who are looking for a highly organised and dynamic HR Assistant/ PA to join them for a period of 12 months on a FTC basis.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Managing Partner, including minute-taking, diary management, and other administrative tasks essential to their day-to-day operations. Additionally, this role will involve HR support as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a legal environment. Ideally, you will also have experience within a HR environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience or willingness to learn HR administration tasks
