As an HR Assistant, you'll support the People Engagement Operations team, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for colleagues across the business.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist teams, you'll provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, while gaining exposure to performance management, talent development, employee relations and recruitment projects.
As an HR Assistant, you will:
- Support performance and talent management processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activity
- Manage HR documentation and employee records
- Prepare reports, meeting packs and HR correspondence
- Support absence management and employee relations administration
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and talent initiatives
- Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement activity
We're looking for an HR Assistant who has:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using HR systems and MS Office, specifically Excel
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally
