I'm delighted to be supporting one of our long‑standing clients with the recruitment of an HR Assistant, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or progress their HR career within a warm, values‑driven organisation.
This role offers a great balance of day‑to‑day HR administration and exposure to wider projects, giving you real development in a busy, interesting environment.
What you’ll be doing
- First‑line HR support for employees and managers
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintaining HR system data and supporting reporting
- Assisting with absence management and general HR queries
- Contributing to process improvements and wider HR initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting others
- Solid attention to detail and comfort working with data
- HR or admin experience helpful, but not essential
- A positive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn
