Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a diverse and innovative business with modern offices in Edinburgh who are looking to add an HR Assistant to their well-established HR team on a full time, permanent basis.
Providing comprehensive HR services across their unique and diverse business, you will support with drafting contracts and other associated paperwork such as updating employee absence records, ensuring employee records are maintained as well as assisting managers and colleagues with a wide range of queries.
You will be expected to carry out a wide range of general HR administrative tasks and will also support with recruitment administration to include placing adverts, processing applications, updating candidates on the progress of their application, arranging interviews and recording the progress of each vacancy.
We are open to applications either from HR graduates who are looking for the right opportunity to start their career or someone in a similar role who is looking to build on their HR Administration/Assistant experience. You will be comfortable preparing reports using Excel, have strong communication skills and an eye for detail. A can-do attitude with a willingness to provide support and work as part of a wider team is essential.
Our client is open to the successful candidate working working in the office for the first 3 months and then on a hybrid basis after this ( 2 days at home per week).
