HR Business Partner
Glasgow (hybrid working)
Full Time, 12-month FTC
Salary circa £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits
Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a global business with offices in Glasgow, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 12 months.
Working as part of a close-knit HR team, you will partner with key stakeholders across your business area managing recruitment and selection, talent development, performance management and employee relations casework. You will also be part of their continuous improvement journey, looking at efficiencies across processes and practice.
Day to day you will:
- Supports people leaders by providing guidance and coaching on engagement employee relations, rewards, sickness absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers on attracting the best possible talent across the business. Supporting with job design, agreeing recruitment and selection approaches and managing hiring/onboarding.
- Supports the development of their DEI strategy
- Work on continuous improvement around all aspects of processes and policies
- Project management of key HR and change initiatives.
- Manage and utilise HR analytics to enable data driven decision making
Key requirements:
- Generalist operational HR experience in a fast moving, progressive environment
- Proven experience of managing employee relations
- Excellent HRIS skills
- HR project management experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels
- Proactive, solutions driven, positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient
- CIPD qualified, not essential but desirable
