HR Business Partner

Iconic Resourcing HR have a rarely available opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join our client, an industry leader within professional services on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 16 months.
Supported by an HR Advisor and assuming responsibility for a specific business area, you will be involved in project work which is determined by the organisations HR strategy and day to day you will support the delivery of first-class HR solutions, policy and advice, understand local priorities for various business units and how these couple to the organisational strategy, identify trends/ issues to make decisions and oversee delivery of resulting actions in key people areas and HR propositions.
You will oversee all transactional HR work is completed, working closely with the HR Advisor within your business area to assist with managing employee relations cases from end to end which may include conduct, absence management or performance cases as well as undertaking recruitment as required within both experienced and inexperienced areas, working closely with the recruitment team.
The HR Business Partner will own the accurate completion of cyclical processes e.g. annual pay and bonus reviews in line with guidance from Reward, HR Technology & Analytics Lead, you will also facilitate skills development sessions within the wider business to deliver key strategic business aims. You will also review HR policies together with Senior HR Business Partner in line with changes in employment law or firm strategy.
We are ideally seeking applications from candidates who have demonstratable HR Business Partnering experience however we are open to considering Senior HR Advisors who are keen to progress to the next stage in their HR career. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, have strong influencing skills, be able to manage your time and workload independently and take ownership of issues and seeing through to resolution.
