HR Business Partner

£50,000–£60,000 DOE + excellent benefits
We’re partnering with a leading, independent professional services consultancy with a long-standing reputation for excellence, innovation and integrity. With over 1,000 employees and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their London team.
This is a true business partnering role, working closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and creative HR solutions while championing best practice across the full employee lifecycle. Alongside strategic input, you’ll play a key role in coaching leaders, building management capability and supporting organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Business Unit leaders to deliver strategic people plans
- Coaching and mentoring managers to build leadership capability
- Supporting succession planning and career development frameworks
- Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Advising on complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Leading and contributing to HR projects and change initiatives
- Supporting wellbeing, reward and DEI programmes
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making
- You’ll also provide guidance to HR Advisors and ensure operational excellence across the wider HR function.
About You:
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner, ideally within professional services or a similarly complex environment
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level
- Confident using data to shape recommendations
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
