Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building leadership capability, influencing positive change and making a visible impact across a growing business?
We're exclusively supporting an ambitious and expanding organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business, helping shape people practices, strengthen management capability and support the organisation through its next phase of growth.
You will have the opportunity to move beyond transactional HR, partnering with managers to solve complex people challenges, improve team performance and embed initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical guidance and support across a broad range of people matters.

Partner with managers and leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, attendance, wellbeing and wider people matters.

Build management capability through coaching, supporting leaders to confidently manage teams, navigate people challenges and drive high performance.

Use people data and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, developing proactive solutions that enhance engagement, retention and performance.

Support organisational growth through workforce planning, recruitment activity, talent development and the successful delivery of people initiatives and change programmes.

Champion best practice, ensuring policies, processes and people frameworks are embedded effectively while driving continuous improvement across the employee experience.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position

Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to manage a varied caseload

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Confidence coaching, influencing and constructively challenging managers

Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

A pragmatic, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach

The ability to balance operational priorities with continuous improvement activity
