Reporting into the Head of People, the HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward through partnering 3 regions in Scotland and 1 in Oxford, across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a first-class HR service.
A key part of the role will be to provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on people matters, supporting managers to build organisation and people capability, and help shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation. You will also be responsible for developing policies in line with current legislation and best practices in support of the Cala 5 Year Plan and Cala Values, working in line with key stakeholders to discuss business strategies, people challenges and build trusted relationships. As well as this, you will work with your regions to deliver key initiatives and change projects to ensure high employee engagement and measure through the bi-annual employee survey.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have a breadth of operational HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a multi-site/fast paced environment. You will be comfortable working autonomously within a team with a high degree of trust, with the drive to complete projects and initiatives on time. You will be commercially focused, taking into account both business and people needs when providing advice and support and you must be a confident communicator across all levels of the business.
