HR Business Partner – Interim

Circa £50,000 dependant on experience
Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a world-renowned, award-winning organisation who are looking for a true HR Business Partner to join them on an interim basis for circa 6 months with an immediate start available.
Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will support management teams across the business, working closely with HR colleagues to agree the best way to deliver HR activity in all locations. Day to day you will be responsible delivering the people elements of the strategy for your client area and lead on the delivery of workforce planning, talent management and succession planning with clients. You will also lead the people work-streams of any change programmes, consulting and working in partnership with union representatives.
As well as this you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the people workstreams of any organisational restructures and growth plans within client areas. You will identify HR implications and risks of change management strategies, consulting and reporting as appropriate. You will work closely with the senior management team of client areas to deliver change in a way that supports the organisations values and ensures adherence to principles, policies and procedures. This will include coaching / facilitating discussions to understand and agree the aspects of change which need to take place, ensuring the team understand and act on the importance of communication to colleagues. The HR Business Partner will also provide advice on complex people management issues and work closely with the HR Consultant on the management and resolution of individual employee relations cases. You will also ensure that all recruitment activity is aligned with your client area workforce plan and people strategy, providing guidance on team and job design.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have demonstratable experience of management resources, workload and changing priorities. You will be comfortable managing change and delivering people related workstreams. Experience of job evaluation systems and the ability to operate in a complex environment would be desirable.
You will have proven experience of dealing with and leading in uncertainty and ambiguity, excellent influencing skill and a strong track record of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and stakeholders.
