Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and creating a fair, people-focused working environment? We’re partnering with a well-known organisation in the professional services sector, currently looking to appoint an HR Case Advisor to their growing UK HR team.
Working within a supportive and dynamic environment, this role will see you take the lead on complex ER case management, offering pragmatic, solutions-focused advice across a wide range of disciplinary, grievance and appeal matters. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, playing a key role in maintaining consistency, compliance, and fairness in all people processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a varied ER caseload from start to finish
- Coaching and guiding line managers through investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Ensuring all advice is in line with internal policy, employment law, and best practice
- Maintaining accurate ER records and contributing to key HR projects
- Supporting ongoing review and improvement of HR policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR policy
- Empathetic, professional, and confident communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) is desirable
