Iconic Resourcing are supporting our client in Glasgow to recruit an immediately available HR Coordinator to join them on an initial 2 months basis!
Key duties
- Manage HR inbox efficiently, promptly responding to inquiries or redirecting them as necessary.
- Utilise templates to create both individual and bulk letters, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in communication.
- Handle absence requests and maintain accurate records
- Administer learning management system platforms, facilitating seamless access and usage for employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
- Review and update policies and procedures as needed
