We are working with a fast-paced, growing organisation seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join them on a temporary basis during a period of significant change.
This is an urgent requirement, with a strong preference for someone who can start quickly to support handover and continuity within the HR function.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the business through a busy transformation period, providing hands-on HR support across a broad generalist remit. The role will involve a strong focus on data accuracy, systems migration, and operational HR delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting an HRIS migration, including data validation and cleansing

Assisting with benefits windows and the annual merit review process

Managing and supporting absence management processes, including potential implementation of absence metrics

Drafting and updating HR policies and documentation

Acting as a trusted HR partner to stakeholders across the business

Helping bring structure and improvements to evolving HR processes
About You

Proven experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role

Comfortable working with HR data, systems, and reporting

Confident supporting policy work and operational HR activities

Able to work autonomously in a complex, change-heavy environment

Pragmatic, resilient, and solutions-focused

Experience of HR system implementations or migrations is highly desirable (specific system knowledge not required)
