HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well established organisation where HR is seen as a key business partner and valued voice around the leadership table.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded HR Manager who enjoys balancing strategic input with operational delivery and wants to play a visible role in shaping culture, leadership capability and organisational performance.
We're particularly interested in speaking with HR Managers who have built their careers within complex, multi stakeholder environments and are comfortable influencing across different functions, leadership teams and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people agenda and support business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance and organisational change
- Drive engagement, talent and leadership development initiatives
- Support workforce planning and succession planning activity
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Review and enhance HR policies
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or similar
- Strong generalist HR background
- Experience operating within complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong employee relations and change management experience
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
