Interim People Advisor – Immediate Start Required
Location: Lanarkshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Rate: Equivalent to £37–38k
Contract: Now until end of May (initially)
Start Date: ASAP
I’m supporting a well‑known organisation seeking an experienced Interim People Advisor to join their HR Operations team immediately. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a varied generalist role with visibility across the business and the potential for a longer‑term/permanent opportunity (though not guaranteed at this stage).
The Role
You’ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing first‑line HR advice across:
- Employee Relations: absence, investigations, grievances, performance and conduct
- Business Change: supporting consultations, drafting letters, and giving first‑level guidance
- Policy & Process: interpreting policies, ensuring consistent application, maintaining accurate records
- Site Support: being a visible and trusted HR presence on site
- Data & Insight: spotting trends and supporting improvements
