IT Service Desk Analyst - Evening Shift

Role Overview: We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's evening shift team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's software and hardware systems. You will manage incidents and service requests from initiation to resolution, upholding the firm's high service standards.
Working Hours: This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, on rotating shift patterns:
- 2pm - 10.30pm
- 3pm - 11.30pm
- 3.30pm - midnight
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive IT support via phone, remote access, email, and in-person assistance.
- Address the IT needs of the firm promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT teams across different offices to resolve issues.
- Manage and support laptops, remote working setups, and mobile devices (e.g., BlackBerry, iPhone, Android).
- Administer user accounts and support new joiners, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
- Maintain detailed logs and manage your ticket queue within the Service Management system.
- Oversee and implement IT projects from initiation to transition into regular operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT support role with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills focused on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Experience with file management systems, mobile device management solutions, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom), CRM software, digital dictation software, remote working solutions (e.g., VPNs, Citrix), and PC troubleshooting.
- Highly motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
