£35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with Comsura, a growing and highly regarded compliance consultancy supporting hedge funds and private equity firms across the UK.
As part of their continued growth, Comsura are now expanding into Glasgow, with plans to build a strong compliance hub in the city. This is a unique opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its journey and play a key role in shaping the growth journey in the coming years.
Joining a small but ambitious team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting a portfolio of clients with their daily compliance responsibilities. You’ll work closely with senior consultants but will quickly gain ownership of your own workload and client relationships.
This is a role that offers real variety, from compliance monitoring and regulatory filings through to client interaction and systems implementation. It will suit someone who is naturally curious and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting a portfolio of clients with day-to-day compliance activity
- Assisting with Compliance Monitoring Programmes including testing and reporting
- Managing workflows across multiple clients and prioritising effectively
- Supporting trade and communications surveillance (including market abuse and best execution)
- Assisting with regulatory filings
- Maintaining policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Supporting FCA applications, including Senior Manager approvals and firm authorisations
- Completing FCA RegData and Connect returns
- Working with compliance systems (including LEO for registers, attestations, and monitoring)
- Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and assessing impact on clients
About You

- Proactive and self motivated
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail, with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with demanding stakeholders
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast paced environment
- Willing to learn independently and develop your compliance knowledge
- Ideally some exposure to compliance, audit, or investment operations
- A basic understanding of FCA requirements and the regulatory landscape
- An understanding of trade operations and/or compliance frameworks
