We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join a forward-thinking, collaborative L&D function within a professional services environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to shape and deliver learning that drives performance and growth.
What will your role look like?
You’ll have the autonomy to go beyond cyclical training - proactively identifying capability gaps and designing and delivering tailored learning solutions that respond to real business needs.
Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll take time to understand the business, its challenges and priorities, ensuring learning interventions are relevant, engaging and deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand priorities and development needs
- Deliver core, cyclical training across the business
- Proactively identify learning opportunities and design targeted interventions
- Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning solutions (virtual and face-to-face)
- Provide coaching and support to individuals and teams
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development
