Learning & Development Coordinator

Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working with a large, family-owned organisation in Stirling that are looking to recruit a L&D Coordinator who will report to the L&D Advisor and will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and reporting on various learning and development activities and projects. The role involves ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes, as well as being the first point of contact for learning and development queries. The coordinator will handle all related administration tasks and ensure a "get it right first time" approach.
Daily duties include:
- Coordinate and administer mandatory learning events, professional accreditation programs, and additional development requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to arrange induction days and various development programs.
- Manage relationships with venue providers, colleges, universities, and external training bodies.
- Schedule and administer training delivery programs.
- Provide resource demand planning and reporting for L&D activities.
- Analyse training evaluation data, identify trends, and suggest necessary interventions.
- Implement process improvements and maintain reporting using the Learning Management System.
- Create reports for company-wide analysis and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Manage relationships with internal and external training partners.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and office managers to organise regional workshops.
- Collaborate with HR teams to share information and ensure effective communication.
- Work with the HR systems team to shape requirements for L&D aspects of the systems.
- Communicate and coordinate learning and development solutions.
- Respond to queries within agreed timescales.
- Meet project deadlines and provide regular updates to the Senior L&D Advisor and wider team.
- Issue timely communications across the business.
- Support the wider People Strategy and team projects.

- Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience working in a L&D environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems for planning and reporting.
- Strong decision-making ability and proactive nature.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to meet set deadlines and work well under pressure.
