Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a forward-thinking company that embraces innovation, and values employee growth, nurturing talent, cultivating knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Due to a recent promotion within the team, they are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Partner, who will contribute to strategic learning initiatives through design and delivery of learning interventions that extend beyond classroom learning and one-off interventions.
You will have full autonomy to work with leaders across the business and as part of a well-established Learning & Development team that aim to make learning accessible for all.
The key responsibilities associated with this role include:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their goals and obstacles.
- Implementing vital components of the learning and development strategy, ensuring that learning plays a crucial role in the present and future success of the organisation.
- Advocating for personal, professional, and purposeful growth across the business.
- Providing individual and team coaching sessions.
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs, including in-person and virtual events, while also creating and curating digital learning resources and hosting webinars.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in learning, psychology, and human resources by engaging with thought leaders and scholars in these fields.
- Contributing to the L&D team's KPIs that demonstrate the strategic value of learning and development for the business.
- Building relationships and networks throughout the organization to ensure that learning opportunities are accessible to all.
We are looking to speak to experienced L&D professionals who have a passion for learning and growth. You will also have the following attributes:
- Familiarity and application of key frameworks and methodologies for people development.
- An awareness of developments in digital learning technology, psychology, and leadership.
- A coaching qualification with experience in team facilitation.
- Experience of using psychometrics.
- Strong project management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks among competing demands and stakeholders.
- The ability to think broadly yet provide targeted and innovative learning solutions.
