Role: Legal PA - Corporate

Iconic are delighted to be partnering with an international law firm as they seek to add a Legal PA to their Corporate team!
We are looking to speak to experienced Legal PA’s who have proven track record working within a busy corporate environment and can provide high-quality support to a team of partners and fee earners . This role is based in Glasgow and the firm support hybrid working of 50% at home and 50% in the office.

Tasks include:
- Collaborate with Finance teams to support fee earners' financial performance, including client billing, reports, and matter balance management.
- Work closely with Business Development on event organisation, CRM administration, CV updates, and support for bids, tenders, and pilots.
- Assist with Client Relationship Partner (CRP) responsibilities, including organising meetings, events, and compiling client reports.
- Handle matter management processes, conflict checks, and Client Due Diligence, adhering to best practice protocols.
- Ensure proper file management processes, including closure, bill payment, and archiving completed files.
- Comprehensive diary management, proactive travel arrangements, and identifying cost-efficient options for complex travel.
- Meeting preparation, including packs, itineraries, and room/hospitality resource coordination.
- All administrative tasks, taking ownership to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to Document Production, including pitch documents, legal document conversion, and amendments.
- Demonstrate technical competency to support fee earners and address knowledge gaps.
- Adhere to the firm's risk and compliance policies, raising any issues promptly.
- Successfully complete all compulsory firm training and return all complaints and claims questionnaires on time.
About You:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Three years' experience in a comparable environment at an appropriate level.
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
- High degree of competence in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven experience of exceptional client service.
- Detail-focused with experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a team member or independently.
- Commitment to exceeding expectations and goals.
