We are recruiting for our next Iconic hire and are thrilled to bring this Recruitment Consultant role to the market! We are looking for a motivated individual who shares our ambitious nature to take on this role and we are interested in hearing from experienced Recruiters, with experience in the Scottish market to join our Legal division.
With Iconic you will:
- Execute a specialist recruitment strategy to generate recruitment sales in line with level of seniority
- Have a strategy led business development and client acquisition plan
- Interview prospective candidates via telephone, video technology platform and face to face
- Build and maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholder groups
- Deliver candidates through contingent search, market mapping, networking, headhunting and referrals
- Acquire knowledge and insight across specialist areas of the Legal industry
- Host and attend specialist events.
