Legal Secretary - Employment
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 plus Benefits
We're working with a leading international law firm on a Legal Secretary opportunity within their Employment team.
This is a step up from a traditional legal secretary role offering broader exposure, greater responsibility and the chance to be part of a high performing, global practice.
The Role
You'll support partners and fee earners in a varied, fast paced environment combining high level PA support with involvement in client and business facing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dairy, inbox and travel management
- Billing, matter opening and WIP support
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and presentations
- Supporting client activity (events, pitches, materials)
- Acting as key contact for client queries
- Coordinating work and delegating to junior admin support
