Key Responsibilities

Maintaining event content and the events calendar, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Produce weekly performance updates and reports to track events and identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate the delivery of event materials and resources with relevant teams.

Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform events planning.

Contribute to internal communications, engaging colleagues with the events programme.

Handle administrative tasks including raising purchase orders and travel arrangements.
Key Requirements
-
Previous experience in a marketing, events or administrative role.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a small team.

Comfortable using digital systems and willing to learn new platforms.
