Who we're looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Marketing & Communications team in Glasgow, helping to expand our client-base across North America and Europe.
Within our B2B marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering the content pipeline including multi-channel promotion to support our lead generation objectives.
You’ll be keen to engage with colleagues and prospects, working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the business forward. We’re flexible about where you work, but a desire to be in the office a few days a week will suit this role well.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced marketer with passion for creativity, communication, and learning to have a valuable impact in the rapidly growing EHS/ESG marketplace.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities as Marketing & Communications Executive will include:
- Copywriting and content creation – proactively owning the content pipeline of articles, press releases, and whitepapers that engage our target audience
- Email marketing – delivering top-tier content to our subscribers using a combination of scheduled and automated emails, and running regular A/B tests
- Social media marketing – bringing Pro-Sapien to social audiences via interesting content our followers love to share
- Profiles management – keeping all brand profiles up to date on industry directories
- Frontline communications – assisting with website inquiries before handover to Sales
- Company event organiser – organising company social events with help from the Office Manager
- Developing a deep understanding of the EHS software marketplace to identify opportunities that grow the business
- Analysing, evaluating, and using evidence to determine ROI of content marketing activities and to develop ongoing tactics
- Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager and working within a small but mighty team to achieve our company mission

Must haves
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role at a B2B company
- Proven ability to create and promote stellar content
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude
- Time management and prioritisation skills
