Marketing Assistant
Hybrid work (3days office + 2days WFH)

An international fast-growing company is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team. The Marketing Assistant will join the team and play a vital part in ensuring the creation and delivery of the overall Marketing plan and strategic business objectives. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with an international team based in United Kingdom and Ireland and will be involved in varied range of projects and tasks. There will be a mixture of administrative tasks as well as project and campaign based work providing many opportunities to learn and develop.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the organisation, delivery and execution of marketing campaigns by taking a hands-on approach to a myriad of tasks, which go on behind the scenes to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Supporting with research, planning and evaluation of future marketing initiatives and present action focussed suggestions to the team, as required
- Supporting with the preparation of and actively participate in briefings, carrying out resulting tasks and projects
- Updating and owning the status and timelines for project plans and budget reports
- Supporting in optimisation of digital channels – Websites, social media, online content
We're looking for someone with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with variety of stakeholders, and skilled in using all Microsoft Office Suite Applications. It'd be great if you have worked within a marketing department previously and have POS (Print and point of sale) and supplier negotiation and purchasing experience. This role also requires some travel, so having passport and driving licence is mandatory.
