Marketing Executive
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary dependent on experience
Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a financial services firm in Edinburgh in supporting the recruitment of a Marketing Executive to join it's collaborative and close-knit team. This is a broad, generalist role offering exposure across all areas of marketing within a financial services environment.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams and international colleagues to produce high-quality campaigns, content, and materials that enhance brand presence and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Create, coordinate and distribute marketing materials

Write, edit and proofread marketing communications to a high standard

Manage and support social media activity

Contribute to the development and delivery of digital marketing plans

Monitor and report on digital performance

Maintain and update the company website

Assist in the organisation and delivery of events, including webinars and in-person events

Support relationships with external agencies and partners

Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Marketing & Communications

Contribute to brand development, messaging and ongoing marketing initiatives
Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, experience within financial services is advantageous

Degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred

Familiarity with marketing platforms and digital tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented

Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach

Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
