Marketing Manager

Role Summary
You will lead and deliver marketing, communications and brand strategy across a multi-brand organisation. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, employee engagement and business growth across multiple divisions and markets. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights and compelling storytelling to strengthen market presence and support the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all brands, divisions and markets.

Lead the planning, creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web and paid advertising channels.
- Oversee creative direction, brand identity and content development, ensuring a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all communications.
- Manage SEO, PPC and website performance activities, using data and analytics to optimise user journeys, increase engagement and maximise return on investment.
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support employee engagement, culture and alignment across the organisation.
- Coordinate the organisation's presence at industry events and exhibitions, managing logistics, promotional materials, event communications and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements

Proven marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibility within a marketing function.

Degree qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands, business units or markets.
- Strong creative, branding and content development skills, with experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
