Marketing Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
We’re currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team at Odro. You will help them devise, implement and evaluate marketing activities designed to maximise brand awareness and inbound sales enquiries. Although passionate about all things content is the most important thing, we’re looking for a good all-rounder, with a passion for marketing and with cross-discipline knowledge and experience. This is a hands-on role, you'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and with the wider team to deliver cross-channel campaigns, strategies and project plans, with loads of opportunity to try new tactics, both online and off.
You’ll work with internal stakeholders, as well as external industry partners, to understand our customers and markets and to create compelling content that positions Odro as the recruitment industry’s leading video tech supplier. To achieve this, you’ll think tactically and creatively, develop initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business. Joining a small and growing team, it’s important that you are flexible, adaptable and willing to get stuck in.
Responsibilities:
To manage and undertake the following duties to ensure successful delivery of Odro’s multi-channel marketing strategy:
- Create and traffic insightful, informative and entertaining content across marketing channels that raises awareness and engages prospect customers, including blogs, case studies, gated content, video scripts, adverts and other media.
- Manage development, production and distribution of content to support sales, customer success and marketing programs.
- Write award submissions.
- Manage social media channels for the brand devising strategies to increase web visitors, leads and ROI and use data to identify conversion rate optimisation opportunities.
- Implement effective lead generation and nurturing email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the planning and coordination of promotional events and exhibitions, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Report on digital performance across social channels and using Google analytics, with the ability to produce actionable insights based on results.
- Undertake and communicate appropriate market research.
- Develop and maintain competitor profiles.
- Schedule and monitor progress of relevant work streams delivered with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Assist with other aspects of marketing and marketing administration across the business as required.
About you:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and target-driven individual with a strong creative outlook coupled with an analytical approach and a passion for new age marketing trends.
- Degree educated in a marketing or related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a fast-paced marketing role, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with managing and cultivating B2B social media channels and campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of multi-channel marketing.
- Event management experience.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
