Retention and Customer Journey Lead (email/crm)

Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary circa £35,000 plus generous holiday allowance and benefits
A global membership organisation who are paving the way for innovation and continual professional development in their field is looking for an experienced Retention and Customer Journey Lead. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year based in Edinburgh city centre.
You will be responsible for onboarding all new members, ensuring a warm welcome as well as providing practical and financial support throughout the membership lifecycle.
Reporting to the Head of Membership, you’ll be tasked with:
- Developing engagement activities throughout the membership journey and working closely with internal members to ensure the continuous improvement of developing campaign activity for new and existing members
- Developing reporting to follow measures of success of engagement campaigns
- Working with 3rd party agencies to undertake competitor analysis and market research
- Reviewing the existing membership benefits and carrying out qualitive and quantitative research to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Working with the CRM system to produce engaging email marketing campaigns
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working on a membership/customer journey to engage and retain
- Experience managing end to end email marketing campaigns
- Working and managing 3rd party agencies from a research perspective
- Writing engaging content for customers
- Strong internal and external stakeholder experience
