Step into the world of elite hospitality with the UK’s leading provider of premium experiences at events like Formula 1, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Six Nations and Premier League football. From bespoke packages to their exclusive Pegasus Lounge, they create unforgettable moments across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a driven New Business Executive to help connect clients with these world-class experiences, building relationships, driving sales and making a real impact.

Can you see yourself selling unforgettable entertainment experiences across the globe? As a New Business Executive, you’ll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships through platforms like LinkedIn and attending key industry events. Working closely with your New Business Manager, you’ll uncover untapped potential, follow up on warm leads and present tailored event solutions from Corinthian’s premium portfolio, all while thriving in a high-energy environment.


Package:
Year 1: £40,000 – £60,000 OTE
Year 2: £50,000 – £70,000+ OTE
Uncapped commission – the more you sell, the more you earn!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create business development opportunities using LinkedIn and resourcing tools to research prospects and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Build new client relationships driving new business through a proactive approach and strengthen existing B2B relationships.
  • Deliver tailored proposals, negotiating effectively, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with the New Business Manager to identify new sales strategies to create growth opportunities.
  • Work in an organised fashion, track progress and respond to enquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor payments and provide client support to ensure seamless, timely processes.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, exceed KPIs and build your professional development pathway.

 

Experience:

  • Experience using LinkedIn, research and phone outreach, generating interest and engaging prospects.
  • Skilled at handling inbound leads, pitching tailored solutions and achieving sales targets.
  • Confident in attending meetings and industry events, representing Corinthian Sports with professionalism.
  • Bring sales experience with a competitive and a financially driven mindset.
  • Thrive under pressure with a strong work ethic – having passion about sport, events and hospitality is advantageous.
