New Business Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the B2B software market. This is a player-coach role, where you’ll not only be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy but also for contributing directly to sales targets. You’ll lead a highly technical team, driving Eureka Solutions’ market expansion. You’ll spearhead sales efforts by generating new business, managing a pipeline, and working closely with potential clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new business sales, excel in building relationships, and have experience managing small, successful B2B sales teams which include a business development function.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting and qualifying leads within a target market.
- Drive sales opportunities through the full sales process, ensuring a successful close.
- Lead and coach your sales/SDR team to success, supporting their personal development and performance.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively communicated.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the pipeline, regularly reporting to senior management.
- Oversee the development of marketing and lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager.
- Encourage face-to-face meetings where possible, to strengthen client relationships.
Candidate
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B new business sales, ideally with experience in ERP or cloud-based software solutions. You should be a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team to success, while maintaining a hands-on approach to winning new business:
- Experience in a sales management role, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience of developing/coaching a team of business/sales development representatives (BDRs/SDRs)
- Demonstrated success in B2B new business sales, ideally involving software/technology solutions.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level contacts
Package:
- £70,000 base salary with competitive OTE. Bonus potential 50-100%.
- Car allowance, private medical insurance, and free on-site parking.
