The opportunity:
This leading firm and construction team is at the forefront of major property and infrastructure developments, breathing life into regeneration projects that transform communities. The work spans the entire spectrum, from negotiating development agreements to overseeing building contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments. But that's not all—they’re also deeply involved in significant engineering projects, particularly in the booming energy sector. Think onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, tidal, and wave energy developments.

What you’ll do:
This role will involve navigating the intricacies of major property developments, infrastructure, and urban regeneration projects. We're talking about everything from negotiating development agreements and building contracts to managing bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments. The team are also deeply involved in significant engineering projects, with a strong focus on the energy sector.

What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years' PQE (candidates with more PQE will also be considered).
- Scottish or English Qualified Solicitor.
- Solid knowledge and track record of working on a range of non-contentious construction transactions.
- Ability to mentor and support the wider team.
- Passion and enthusiasm for actively contributing to the team's success.
- Independent working skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients.
