We’re working with a well-regarded environmental consultancy to recruit an Office Coordinator for their Glasgow office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and likes being at the centre of a busy, professional workplace.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting teams working across environmental planning, landscape, ecology and design projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied position where no two days are quite the same. Responsibilities will include:

Keeping the office organised, safe and well-stocked

Managing meeting rooms, desk bookings and shared equipment

Supporting reception duties, calls, post and courier bookings

Welcoming visitors and helping with new starter inductions

Arranging travel and accommodation for staff

Maintaining training and equipment records

Supporting general office administration and facilities coordination
You’ll work closely with the Office & Support Manager and admin team, helping create a positive and productive working environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and approachable who enjoys supporting others.
You’ll likely have:

Experience in reception, administration, facilities or office support

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Excellent organisational and communication skills

The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
