Are you an experienced Personal Injury paralegal looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for client care and successful outcomes.
In this client-focused role, you will:
- Manage and progress personal injury cases at the pre-litigation stage.
- Conduct detailed investigatory research to assess the validity of claims.
- Gather and analyse evidence to support case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to move cases forward efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- At least 2–3 years’ paralegal experience, ideally within personal injury.
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload.
- Strong knowledge of the pre-litigation phase and, ideally, court processes.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a team-focused approach.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with initiative.
