Paralegal – Personal Injury (Work & Public Place Injury)

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who is passionate about securing justice and compensation for clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you within a dedicated Work & Public Place Injury (WPPI) team in Glasgow.
As a Paralegal in this team, you will manage your own caseload, focusing on clients who have been injured at work or in public spaces. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll be responsible for progressing cases from initial investigation to litigation, ensuring excellent client service at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and assisting with a caseload of personal injury matters (work and public place injury)
- Conducting initial client consultations and taking detailed precognitions
- Developing and implementing strategies to support clients’ claims
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties
- Drafting Court documents and assisting with litigation
- Collaborating with Solicitors, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and support staff
We welcome candidates with all levels of personal injury experience. Ideally, you will have a strong background in pre-litigation personal injury actions, or experience in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Personal Injury Court, or Court of Session. Experience with court pleadings and instructing Counsel is advantageous.
