HR Co-ordinator

Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working with a well renowned international windows and blinds company to recruit a part time HR Co-ordinator who will work alongside the HR Business Partner, providing administrative support to circa 200 employees across the organisation.
Day to day, you will support with HR administration and recruitment activity such as managing the HR inbox, providing advice and guidance to colleagues, monthly reporting and supporting payroll processing. You will also manage HR procedures and process documentation relating to all people activities to include updating employee personnel records, new starter contract paperwork, on-boarding activities, training, and reviewing probation periods.
As well as this, you will play a key role in the organisations recruitment such as creating job adverts, sharing them on the recruitment websites, using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, arranging interviews, producing offers and assisting with the staff induction process.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have experience of delivering a high-quality HR service, with previous Administration and/or Coordinator/Assistant experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment. This is a fast-paced role, so we are looking for someone who can be flexible to an ever-changing environment. Previous experience using Workday or similar HRIS would be desirable.
Working part time, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, circa 1-2 days in the office (office based on a Wednesday each week for crossover with the HR Business Partner) with very occasional travel to their other office based in Glenrothes, Scotland. You may also need to attend an annual HR catch up which could be based in one of their European offices.
