We’re currently supporting a fast-paced, Glasgow-based business with the hire of a Part-Time Administrator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in administration, with exposure to HR and people-focused responsibilities as the role develops.
This position would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and keen to learn - particularly if you’re interested in progressing into an HR/Recruitment role longer term.
The Role
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Over time, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting HR processes, making this a strong stepping stone for future career development.
Key Responsibilities

General administration including data entry and document management

Managing inboxes and responding to internal and external queries

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate and accurate records

Supporting onboarding activities (paperwork, system access, training records)

Assisting with HR administration such as employee records and absence tracking

Coordinating meetings and providing wider team support
About You

Highly organised, reliable and keen to learn

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

An interest in HR or people-focused roles is highly desirable

No prior HR experience required — full training provided
